Join licensed professional counselor Jessica Spence for
“Mindfulness Training,” 10:30-11:30 a.m. Thursdays, June 12, 19 and 26, at the
Asheboro Public Library.
Spence will offer techniques and strategies for stress
management and finding peaceful approaches to our busy lives.
The sessions, sponsored by the Friends of the Library, are
free and the public is invited. They are part of Literary Elements, the
library’s adult Summer Reading Program.
