ASHEBORO – Celebrate El día de los niños/El día de los
libros (Children’s Day/Book Day) with outdoor stories, games and food from
around the world from 11 a.m. -2 p.m. Saturday, April 29, at the Asheboro
Public Library.
Bring the family and meet special guest Curious George while
celebrating the importance of literacy and reading for children of all cultural
and linguistic backgrounds.
The event, sponsored by the Friends of the Library, is free.
All children and their families are invited.
