Instructor Steve Cain will take participants through a
series of gentle exercises that can be integrated into daily life to improve
balance and flexibility, and promote relaxation.
The class is free and the public is invited. Attendees are
asked to wear loose fitting clothing for ease of movement, and flat-sole shoes.
Most tennis shoes are acceptable.
